The Temecula Variety Honey Flight gives you the change to sample the sweetness from the Mountains of Southern California.  The bees in Temecula are kept in wide open spaces where they buzz the wildflowers of Temecula's wine country, the avocado trees of Northern San Diego and Riverside, and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range.  All three varieties can be rare depending on weather and rainfall in the area.
