Alfalfa Honey - The Imperial Valley is known for its alfalfa seed production with all alfalfa crops GMO free. Our delicious Alfalfa Honey is made from this area. This is our most popular honey. Known for its flavor, sweetness and consistency. It is low in moisture and a very thick honey. Very good for allergies and used for sweetness in drinks and cooking. There is a limited amount of this honey made due to blossoms that produce nectar when temperatures reach 90 degrees. A strong and robust flavor. We favor it for cooking and baking.

Mountain Flower Honey - A blend of nectars produced in the wine country of Temecula, California. Depending upon rainfall in the Spring there are different types of flower that bloom. Each year has a distinct flavor to that year. Wildflowers are God's gift to bees and mankind to make a heavenly tasting honey. Generally because of the mix of flowers this honey is amber in color which makes a rich and full flavor. We love this honey for cooking as well as a table honey.

Mountain Sage Honey - An extra white amber honey made in the foothills of California Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. It has a delightful aroma and flavor of fresh honey remembered with pleasure. It has a delicate bouquet of honey flavors and we are careful to guard the sugars, acids, and proteins of this delicious honey. Some years this is in short supply as it is dependent on rain and weather.

The Imperial Valley Variety Honey Flight gives you the chance to sample the sweetness from the Southern California desert. The mild Fall, Winter, and Spring temperatures make the Imperial Valley the perfect location for agriculture. While our bees pollinate several different field varieties in the Imperial Valley we only harvest honey from three crops.

The bees in Temecula are kept in wide open spaces where they buzz the wildflowers of Temecula's wine country, the avocado trees of Northern San Diego and Riverside, and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. All three varieties can be rare depending on weather and rainfall in the area.
